For the 1-1 coaching options, here is a brief overview:
- Day 0: habit design session with your coach. Your coach will learn more about your goals and design the best starting habit to support your goals.
- Day 7: 1st check-in. You and your coach will evaluate your progress and make tweaks as necessary.
- Day 14: 2nd check-in. Same as above.
- Day 21: We’ll do a 3rd check-in and then wrap up the course, giving you the best ways to consolidate your habits and continue your best work post program.
The self-study option will distill all of the above into a self-paced format.
