For the Habitling Self-Study course, you will want to set aside at least 90 minutes for the theory and exercises. The course provides recommendations for dividing these 90 minutes up for maximum effectiveness.
The Habitlings Weekly program is made up of a 1 hour kick-off meeting, 2 30 minute weekly check-ins and a 1 hour wrap up session. The times for these will be setup with your coach either at the discovery call or the kick-off meeting.
The Habitlings Premium program involves daily text check-ins with your coach in addition to the meetings of the Habitling Weekly program. If you feel like a daily frequency is too much, you are encouraged to lower the frequency to a level you feel comfortable with.
