Do I need a specific goal to join?
You should have an idea of what you want to achieve during your membership. We’ll clarify this during your free 30-minute onboarding call to see if the cohort is a good fit.
How much time do I need to commit?
The program includes a 30-minute check-in each month, plus the time you dedicate to your personal goals.
What if I feel uncomfortable with social pressure?
The group’s accountability is supportive, not harsh. We gently encourage each other toward success without judgment.
What if I miss a check-in?
Life happens! Just let your cohort know at least 48 hours in advance if you can’t attend. You’ll still be expected to share your progress via email.
